Damaged or Wrong Product?

We’re truly sorry! If your order was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at riteshkumar8339999827.rk@gmail.com.

When you reach out, please include:

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged or wrong product

  • Your Order ID

Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll provide either a refund or a replacement – whichever works best for you.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like taste preferences or change of mind.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
