Ritesh kumar founder of RG group of companies is a serial entrepreneur with over 7 years of expertise in marketing and 3 years in finance as an investor with a vision of empowering Odisha runs over several different successful business across the globe including ODIND FOODS , ODIND CAPITALS , ODIND FINTECH , ODIND ENTERPRISES and others across 3 Countries. His focus has now shifted exclusively to empowering not only Odisha but also taking Odisha to a new high and giving a global recognition . He with his vision " MELLETO MILLETS FOR HEALTHS " is millet based products which are specially handcrafted and are packed with love by our SHG women's of KALAHANDI ODISHA. 5% of the earning will be specially used for the people of Kalahandi Odisha and with a vision of getting ODISHA get global recognition and empowering SHG of Kalahandi Odisha and nourish the nation with millets as a part of our daily diet .
Miss. Priyadarshani Hota
Ms. Hota is a highly skilled professional with an MSW degree from Utkal University. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including her work with HDFC Bank Parivartan-supported HRDP and Selco Foundation’s “Access to Alternative Clean Energy for Improved Life and Livelihood” initiative. Additionally, she has contributed to projects with DAPTA such as “Promoting Community Health, Education & Access to Government Health Services Among PVTGs” in Lanjigarh, Kalahandi, supported by Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI), and “Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM)” supported by Fusion Micro Finance Limited (CSR). Ms. Hota’s expertise lies in community development, healthcare, and education, with a strong focus on marginalized and tribal populations.
