3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (and other payment gateways we may enable).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details provided by you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and logistics partners.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email/SMS (if applicable).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or incorrect delivery details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As food products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • If your order is damaged or wrong, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos/videos and your order ID.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
